\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tOptimus Energy participated at <\/span>Career Day 2025 <\/b>organized by <\/span>IEEE AUTH Student Branch<\/b>, held on November 24 & 25 at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. The event was an excellent opportunity for <\/span>direct interaction with the new generation of engineers and scientists who will shape the future of the energy transition<\/b>.<\/span>

Optimus Energy team members who are themselves engineering graduates of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, adding a special depth to the discussions with students. They shared their journey from university life to the <\/span>everchanging energy sector<\/b>, <\/span>offering practical advice and real insights into the opportunities and demands of the field in Greece<\/b>.<\/span>

Throughout the two-day event, we had the chance to speak with students and young professionals about <\/span>developments in the energy market, the operational requirements of real-time energy operations, and the importance of flexibility management<\/b>. We also presented how <\/span>modern technologies, such as automated market participation and advanced analytics, are transforming the way energy companies operate today<\/b>. From production to consumption, the energy system now functions as a single, digitally interconnected chain, where electricity markets and flexibility mechanisms create the necessary real-time bridges across the system.<\/span>

Optimus Energy recognizes that <\/span>the energy transition requires young engineers and talented scientists who want to contribute to a rapidly evolving market that now offers a wide range of professional pathways<\/b>.
